Commitment No. 5

We promote equal opportunities for all.

Griesser is an active advocate of equal opportunities for all genders and a champion of the ‘We’ approach. We pay the same salary for the same work. And we support and encourage eye-level collaborations companywide.

Diversity and female empowerment
We are open at Griesser to diversity of every kind. One key aspect of this is our active promotion of women within our organization, in our recruitment, in our training and in furthering their Griesser career. Women presently account for some 12 % to 18 % of the workforce within the Swiss construction sector. At Griesser, they make up 31 %. We promote and encourage dialogue and exchanges among our female employees, too, through both formal meetings and informal gatherings. And the women at Griesser are happy to explain what has got them where they are: expertise, courage, experience, persistence, resilience and a smile.

Our values are in our DNA
Griesser has always been driven and aligned by its purpose and its values. Since 2021, this strong orientation has been firmly and formally established within the Griesser Group, and we have tangibly enhanced our overarching collaborations both between and within our country organizations. We are all Griesser; and each and every one of us makes our contribution to the Griesser culture. ONEGriesser
